Collection from our Headquarters in Settimo Milanese (MI) - Italy
Orders can also be collected directly from our company site in Settimo Milanese (MI) - Italy from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 am and from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. We do not sell directly to public so it is therefore necessary to order by website, e-mail or fax and wait for confirmation e-mail for collection. There is no extra cost for collection; however the items need to be collected physically by the Costumers as the goods are not packaged as they are when sent by couriers. When the items are ready to be collected and e-mail will be sent to the Costumers.

You can return all or part of your purchase within 14 days of delivery
All products are under warranty for 24 months
To return an article or ask warranty just open a return request (RMA) from your Customer's area by login or from Return page for guest
You can choose whether to return using one of our couriers with home collection, deliver the package to a shipping point using a prepaid label or ship your return yourself
This is the time, expressed in work days, that we take to prepare your order and then deliver it via couriers or to be collected at our company headquarter. We remind you that they are indicatives and sometimes can vary for external causes.
1 day: the item is in our store and it's sent within 24 hours
2-3 days: the item is in our store or item we receive regularly a few times a week will be sent from 24 hours to 3 days
3-5/4-7/15 days: items especially ordered from our manufactures that require several days to arrive to our store (time vary from the type of item and the manufacture from where the item needs to come from)
The time of delivery are stated in the product details. All our items are carefully packaged. In case of a big items, this is delivered with their original packaging from its manufacture.
Information and Advice about Deliveries
Delivery is done during working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. without a phone call. If the Customer is not present at the time of the delivery a notice will be left and the currier will come back the next day. If the next day the Costumer is not present again the parcel will be kept in deposit for 5 working days for collection (costumer must phone to arrange a collection). We remind you to indicate with the address any particular requirements such as delivery to a company or to third party (eg. UPS ltd c/o Rossi Mario) otherwise the delivery address will be considered incorrect and the item will be destined to the deposit.
